    • Book properties directly with a Travel Provider

    We do not own or manage these properties nor contract for their rental on your behalf.

  2. Eligibility and Conduct

    • You must be at least 18 and legally authorized to enter into contracts.

    • All info you provide must be accurate, complete, and current.

    • If you act on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission and they also agree to these Terms.

    • You will not use our Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms.

  3. No Unauthorized Access

    • You will not scrape or copy content from our Service using automated means.

    • You will not take actions that impose an unreasonable load on our servers.

    • We may deny access to our Service if we find any misuse.

  4. Account

    • You may need to create an account to use certain features.

    • You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activities under your account.

Once you book, you should receive a Booking Confirmation email that outlines essential details (e.g., property info, total cost). If you do not see it within 24 hours, contact us. The Travel Provider is responsible for providing accurate property details and honoring your reservation unless canceled per their policy.

    • Prices displayed on our Service are subject to change, but changes do not affect confirmed bookings unless due to an obvious error.

  2. Payment Processing

    • Payment may be processed via our third-party payment providers or the Travel Provider’s own payment provider.

    • Pay only through our authorized methods; do not transact off-platform to avoid fraud.

  3. Bank Fees / Currency Conversion

    • Your bank or card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees or currency-conversion fees if applicable.

    • Any exchange rate used is set by your bank.

  4. Taxes

    • Depending on the location, additional taxes (occupancy tax, VAT, etc.) may apply.

    • Such amounts will be shown to you before final checkout.

  5. Service Fees

    • We may charge a service fee for bookings made through our Service. If so, it will be displayed before you finalize your booking.

    • We will try to help rebook or otherwise address the issue if this occurs.

    • Currency exchange rates and bank processing fees may apply.

8. Travel Service Specific Terms

  1. Property Rentals

    • Your rental agreement is solely with the Travel Provider, not with us.

    • Instant Book properties confirm immediately, but other listings may require the Travel Provider’s approval or rejection within 24 hours.

  2. International Travel / Travel Documents

    • You are responsible for visas, passports, or other travel documents if traveling internationally.

    • We do not guarantee the legality or advisability of travel to certain destinations; check government travel advisories.

9. Liability Disclaimer and Limitations

  1. Marketplace Only

    • We are an online venue, not the property owner or manager.

    • Travel Providers alone are responsible for their listings, property information, and compliance with local laws.

  2. No Guarantee

    • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of property listings, nor can we promise that Travel Providers will fulfill their obligations.

  3. Disclaimer

    • Our Service (including all content and features) is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

    • We are not liable for errors, interruptions, viruses, or other harmful components on our Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  4. Limitation of Liability

    • To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

    • If we are found liable for any claim, our maximum liability in aggregate will be the lesser of the total amount you paid for the relevant booking or $100 (USD).

  5. Indemnity

    • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any losses, damages, or expenses arising out of claims by third parties related to your use of our Service, your breach of these Terms, or your negligence or misconduct.

  1. Content Provided by Travel Providers or Others

    • We are not responsible for inaccurate or misleading Content from Travel Providers or other users.

    • If you suspect inaccuracy, please contact us.

  2. Your Content

    • By submitting Content (such as reviews), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that Content.

    • You confirm you have the legal right to share it.

  3. Reviews

    • Guests who have booked may leave reviews. Travel Providers may respond.

    • We may remove any review or response that violates our guidelines or applicable law.

  4. Content Removal

    • We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or is deemed illegal, offensive, or inappropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

All material on our Service (including text, graphics, and software) is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of our Service without our express written permission (except to make a personal backup of your booking details).

12. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service or making a booking, you agree to our collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described in that policy.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

  2. Arbitration / Small Claims

    • If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force.
